In addition to written course materials, I would like to share some presentations I have completed and presented during my time at The College of New Jersey. Please find below each title a description of the presentations content.
Breast Cancer Awareness (2009)
This presentation focused on basic breast cancer facts and provided the audience with the various resources available to prevent this disease. In addition to the presentation, hand-outs were distributed that instructed women how to administer self-exams.
Health Care Reform: a Conservative Perspective (2009)
This presentation was complied with three other group members in an attempt to persuade the audience to favor an alternative to government run health care. All groups were given a perspective and instructed to appeal to audience’s frame of reference.

- Jacqueline Webb
- My name is Jacqueline Webb and I am a communication studies major at The College of New Jersey with a concentration in health communications. I am also in the process of completing a communication disorders /speech pathology minor. After graduating from TCNJ in December 2010, I hope to attend graduate school for a master’s degree in health communications. Apart from my academics, I have a passion for traveling and discovering various aspects of different cultures. During my experiences abroad, I traveled Europe on a backpacking excursion during the month of April. In twenty-one days I visited seven countries and twelve cities. I have included photographs from this travel experience at the end of this page so I welcome you to browse!
